Incorrect status must clearly show that the report was more than 25% (1 out of every 4 entries) inaccurate in showing the SE rankings on the exact date of the report. Such discrepancy must be documented as SE rankings do vary from day-to-day, browser session-to-session and your geographic (IP) location.
We can not be held responsible for Search Engines varying rankings, which happens daily with search engines, especially on the first few pages.
